Refund policy

1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Products not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance products (final sale).
Gift cards.

If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged or defective product), we cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Return Process

Approval and shipping label: If your request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Product shipping: You must ship the product within 7 days of return approval.

3. Refunds

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return it and place a new order.

6. Orders Not Eligible for Refund
Products that have been used or mishandled.
Returns requested after 30 days of receiving the order.
Products without their original packaging or with missing parts.
